Full-service wedding planning

Our all-inclusive wedding planning service is a busy Dallas couple’s dream.
You have a gorgeous vision for your day (even if the details are a little fuzzy), a long list of loving friends and family you plan to host, and a healthy budget to make it happen, but you’re not sure where to start.
As your wedding planners, we’ll take you down a road we’ve been on many times before, recommending vendors, designing an overall design aesthetic, and organizing logistics that will bring your day to life.

  • Execution of the most beautiful, organized wedding day you’ve ever seen, including overseeing setup and teardown
  • An all-inclusive approach to wedding planning, including logistical planning work like budget and timeline creation, creative planning work like design board creation and event styling, and more
  • Wedding planning calls every other week to share progress updates and make space for questions
  • An online portal so everyone involved (even Mom and Dad) has access to essential documents and communications

We promise there’s a method that tames wedding planning madness:

Our signature wedding planning process.

  1. It all starts with a chat. After you reach out, we’ll schedule a complimentary phone consultation. If it seems like a good fit, we’d love to host you, your fiancé, and your parents at the Hitched Events HQ to talk more details. We’ll send you a contract and invoice digitally. Once the contract is signed and a deposit is paid, the real fun can begin!
  2. Next, we’ll establish good communication. Hitched Events has several user-friendly technologies to keep everyone in the loop and your wedding planning timeline on track. We’ll also schedule bi-weekly calls with you during the planning period. This dedicated one-on-one time is our favorite! We’ll use these calls to share progress, ask questions, and resolve problems.
  3. Now we start planning. We’ll take your vision for your day to develop a budget, which can be tweaked and adjusted as decisions are made. With a preliminary budget established, we’ll start crossing to-dos off of our lists, starting with selecting a venue. We’ll handle all vendor recommendations, contracts, invoicing and more, making our team your main point of contact during an otherwise hectic wedding planning season.
  4. Congratulations — it’s finally time to get hitched! On wedding day (or weekend), our team will be attentive to your every need so you can fully relax and enjoy your special day. You can expect to see our smiling faces popping in on you while you’re getting dolled up in the morning and long after the final guests leave.

Meet the Planner

I’m Kimberly Rhodes — logistics guru, design lover, and the award-winning wedding planner behind Hitched Events. Getting married is all about the “I do,” but as your wedding planner, it’s important for me to let you know my “I don’ts”:

  • I don’t run a volume-based business because I know that details are what make a wedding day exceptional. By taking on just 10 full-service weddings each year and only one wedding per weekend, we’re able to give each client our attention and the five-star service they deserve.
  • I don’t believe in winging it. After 10+ years in corporate event planning and another 10 dedicated to weddings, I know the secret to a stress-free day is following a thorough process. You’re gonna love ours!
  • I don’t take your trust for granted. That’s why I plan every single wedding personally, only recommending vendors who I have vetted and can rely on, and keep your private family details confidential. Professionalism and discretion are paramount to us.
  • I don’t go by Kim — it’s Kimberly. Nice to meet you!

What makes Hitched Events different from every other Dallas wedding planner?

Hitched Events is a boutique wedding planning firm in Dallas, TX, meaning we work with a select number of clients each year — 10, to be exact. We take this full-focus approach throughout our work: we only work on one wedding per weekend, a maximum of three weekends in a row, and our owner Kimberly plans each wedding herself (with help from the lovely Stephanie, of course). We believe that this boutique approach combined with Kimberly’s 20+ years of event planning experience and our family-focused planning style makes us unique from other Dallas area planners.

How much does it cost to work with Hitched Events?

It’s difficult to share our pricing online because our fees are based on the overall cost of your wedding. However, we can share that we do have a $18,000 minimum for full-service planning and design. To get our full pricing, please reach out to receive our brochure and set up a time to talk. I don’t need full-service wedding planning. Can we still work together?

Absolutely. If you’re looking for month-of wedding coordination services, in which you plan the wedding yourself and just need a team to pull together the final details on wedding day, please check out our sister company, Almost To The Aisle .

Do you plan other events beyond weddings?
