Over the last couple of years, I’ve seen a ton of daily “thankful” posts during the month of November. Mostly shared on Facebook, these gratitude posts are a daily reminder of the small things people are thankful for in their lives. The goal is to post something every day for 30 days. 30 Days of being thankful, if you will.
I’ve decided to try my own 30 Days of Thankful here on the Hitched Events blog. As those of you who have been following the Hitched Events blog for any period of time already know, posting for 30 days consecutively will be a HUGE feat for me. When things get busy in the Hitched Events office, the blog gets seriously neglected, but I figure a 30 day challenge will be a good motivation.
While I’m thankful for so many things in my life, when it comes to my business, I’m incredibly grateful for the other business owners and event vendors that I’ve met along the way. Obviously, when putting together an event, we don’t do it alone. While we’re the organizers, we don’t do catering, install specialty lighting, DJ events, create invitations, or make the cakes. Our success depends on the amazing vendors we work with. So… my 30 days of thankful is devoted to them! Check back each day in November when I’ll be highlighting some of favorite vendors in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (in no particular order, of course)!
