We offer four levels of wedding planning service, but can customize packages to meet a client’s specific needs.

Full Planning (Diamond & Platinum Packages):

Hitched Events’ Diamond and Platinum Event Packages are for couples who want to leave the majority of the planning details to a professional. After meeting with you to get a feel for your ideas and vision, we work with you to put together your dream wedding. From budget allocation, venue selection and contract negotiations to attending vendor appointments, assisting with decor, invitations, table seating and favors, we handle all the details, making sure your wedding is carried out exactly as you envision. Plus, you will have access to the Hitched Events wedding planning portal to keep you organized during the entire planning process. The Platinum Event Package offers planning services for the wedding, while the Diamond Event Package also includes assistance with the rehearsal dinner or farewell brunch. With a full planning package, we are your wedding partners, assisting you from the first step in the planning process until your limo whisks you away at the end of your reception.

Partial Planning (Gold Package):

The Gold Event Package is ideal for couples who have already started the wedding planning process, but need a little professional guidance to get them from where they currently are in their plans to their dream wedding. The Gold Event Package includes assistance with vendor recommendations and our attendance at select vendor meetings. We will provide you with an assortment of planning tools through the Hitched Events wedding planning portal to keep you organized and will make sure you are on track with your planning. With the Gold Event Package, client’s receive guidance on logistics, etiquette, and event timing, in addition to ongoing email and phone support. Our partial planning packages also include month-of coordination services.

Month-of Coordination (Silver Package):

The Silver Event Package is often known as Day-of Coordination, but the Hitched Events package begins one month before the wedding date. This package is best suited for clients who want to handle the planning details themselves but simply need an expert on site to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our services include conducting a walk-through of the ceremony and reception sites, developing an event timeline for the bridal party and vendors, confirming all vendors at least one week before the wedding, and serving as the main point of contact for all vendors during set-up and throughout the event. In addition to orchestrating the wedding rehearsal, we handle on-site details including distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors, setting up paper items at the ceremony and reception (programs, escort cards, menu cards, etc.), setting up favors, and making sure the bride and groom have what they need throughout the event. We are the last ones to leave the celebration, collecting wedding gifts, the guest book, and any other specialty items at the end of the night, making sure they get to the right place after the event.
